SHIPPING POLICY
METHODS OF SHIPPING
For Singapore and Malaysia, we use a local courier, mainly NINJAVAN, to ship the products to you. Express Delivery options are also available. We reserve the right to use other couriers if required.
For International Customers, we will use a fully trackable courier service to send products to you. For Express services, we will use DHL Express.
PRICE OF SHIPPING
Shipping is free to a majority of our destinations. Please see table below for our latest and updated shipping prices. Local taxes, if required, are payable at destination by your end.
SHIPPING DURATION
For Singapore and Malaysia, shipping will typically take 2-3 working days.
For International Customers, DHL EXPRESS will typically take 3-5 working days, usually faster.
ORDER HANDLING AND PROCESSING DURATION
Orders received before 11AM SGT will be processed and shipped out in the same working day. All orders are processed within 24 hours, that is our guarantee.
COUNTRIES LIMITATION
We ship everywhere. No where is out of our reach. Reach out to us if you can't find your country in our shipping options. We will send it by a pigeon if need be.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE
If tracking information on the respective couriers' website indicate that your package is lost, we will resend the package to you free of charge.
If you input the wrong address during checking out (wrong unit, wrong street etc.), we will not be responsible should the package not reach you. You will have to re-purchase. Ensure that your address is accurate before making payment.
